And how these sciences are applied in the real world of athletic strength and conditioning.

What Our Clients Think About PBT And
Geoff Neupert's Programs

Dr. Nic Lucas

PHD, NEUROSCIENCE

"I've done HIITs and WODs at CrossFit ... even got my level 1 cert. The PBT Method satisfies my 'workout craving' and leaves me less smashed. It's a WOD without the sore, tiring side effects. 5 stars."

John Grahill

RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

"In only 3 weeks I've been able to get to 201 from 205.5 without altering my diet significantly. More importantly, I am wearing a pair of Levis that are a 'rare' size 35x32."

Pavel Tsatsouline

CEO, STRONGFIRST, FATHER OF MODERN KETTLEBELL RENAISSANCE

"Geoff Neupert’s... training plans for strength and body recomposition are among the best."

PBT training sessions can be used in a regular gym or at home. They work best with free weights: Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and sandbags.

Workouts - we prefer to call them "training sessions," take between 20 and 30 minutes - your choice, not including warm ups and/or cool downs.

Are There Any Limitations?

Only your ability to perform exercises and equipment availability. This is an adaptable, scalable method any one can use, regardless of age.

How Many Times A Week Do I Work Out?

You only need to train 3 times per week - on non-consecutive days (Monday-Wednesday-Friday, Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday - that kind of schedule).
