4-Phase Cycle Predictably Re/Builds A Lean, Strong, Resilient and Healthy Body

STEP 1: Find your weaknesses and fix them

STEP 2: Get stronger

STEP 3: Get leaner

STEP 4: Get more muscular

PHASE 1: Find & Fix Your Weaknesses

This is exactly what it sounds like.

You take a step back and get rid of the issues that restrict you from moving the way you want or cause you pain.

Doing just this simple thing breaks you free - or can break you free from “The Pain Cycle” -

… And  the “Pain-Cortisol-Bodyfat Cycle,” which looks like this:

Pain → Increases stress → Increases Cortisol → Increases Blood Glucose → Cells Starved of Glucose → Hunger signals sent to brain → Overeating → Unused glucose stored as fat →  Restricted Movement…

Many folks lose body fat - much to their surprise (and delight) in this phase simply because they escape those two Pain-Based cycles.

In fact, about 10 years ago, shortly after I developed this cycle, I took a perimenopausal 48-year old cancer survivor through this phase.

Her results astounded even me: She dropped 14 pounds in only 30 days!

Now will that happen to you?

Who knows? Maybe… Maybe not…

But one thing’s for sure:

It’s amazing how the body responds when you “coax it” vs. “beat it” - give it what it needs vs. what you want from it.

PHASE 2:Get Stronger

Now that you can move better - the way you did when you were a kid - or close to it…

We train for strength.

And that’s because the stronger you are, the more work you do and can do.

And conveniently, the more work you do, everything else like sleep and calories being equal -

You “magically” burn body fat, without really even trying.

PHASE 3:Get Leaner

In this phase you take your newfound / restored movement capability and strength, and you actively work harder to burn off fat.

Remember, by the time you hit this phase, your whole body is working better - outside AND in.

This is because you’ve escaped those pain cycles and as a result, “little things” like digestion and carbohydrate utilization improves.

Many people hit PRs - Personal Records - in this phase, even though that’s not “supposed” to happen in a fat loss phase.

And that’s because you’re now moving better and stronger than you’ve been in quite some time.

And once you complete this phase you’re ready for the final phase -

PHASE 4: Get More Muscular

Here your body is “Primed” to grow muscle - which we need to actively train to keep and get after 30.

And that’s because if you just “run to stay in shape” or do nothing, you’ll lose your “valuable as gold” “power-muscle fibers” - the Type 2x and 2a fibers.

These are the fibers that help you lift more, run faster, jump higher, and react quickly.

These are the ones your body gets rid of at 10% per decade after 30…

And if you don’t train, you’ll lose 40% of them and look like a Christmas tree at age 70.

And after you complete this phase?

You repeat the cycle.

And it makes sense if you think about it.

After all, nature is on a cycle - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter.

Athletes use a similar cycle:

Off-Season → Pre-Season → Competition Season → Post-Season

When you follow the 4-Phase Cycle, you get leaner and stronger each year, while your friends who aren’t using it, will continue to “show their age”...

And complain about their rotator cuff injuries and their upcoming knee replacements..

Honestly, this is the closest thing to “rewinding the clock”...

“Turning back time”...

So, if you’ve ever struggled with injuries and rehab, I know exactly how you feel.

“Yeah, but Geoff, I’m not really struggling with injuries right now. I just need some direction.”

I get it, amigo.

We all do.

Here’s the map you should follow for consistent, long term gains in strength, lean muscle mass, and feeling great:

STEP 1: Find your weaknesses and fix them

STEP 2: Get stronger

STEP 3: Get leaner

STEP 4: Get more muscular

[1]  You’re only as strong as your weakest link.

It’s hard to Press if you can’t extend your T-spine.

It’s hard to increase your squat if your ankles are stiff.

It’s to progress from single to double kettlebell work if your core is weak.

[2]  Integrate your newfound strengths into total body strength.

And then get stronger all over. Finally.

[3]  Excess body fat holds your strength and muscularity back.

This is due to “hormonal suppression.”

Fat people have less testosterone and growth hormone, so they have a hard time building muscle and getting leaner.

Fortunately, through proper nutritional structure and programming, you can reverse this problem.

[4]  Once you’ve stripped off body fat, your body is now more sensitive to growing muscle.

So, that’s what we’re going to work on.

Then, after pushing your body hard, you repeat that cycle, indefinitely, like a waterwheel that builds momentum and becomes unstoppable.

Trying to figure out how to do any of this on your own, is hard. It requires A LOT of time and energy to get it right.

Fortunately, you don’t have to.

Which is why I put together INEVITABLE STRENGTH.

It’s a roadmap to get you healthy and strong, and keep you that way.

Not only that, it’s designed to keep getting stronger and stronger as the months and years go by.

Here's a word-for-word copy from Christoph Ganuck about his experiences so far with Inevitable Strength:

Hey Geoff,

I wanted to take the time to give you some feedback on inevitable strength. By way of background, I am somewhat annoyed about internet feedback for your programs from customers that just bought one of your programs or that have only completed one or two weeks. (Aside from the feedback on „strength first“ which overall has much more depth.) All customers feel „great“ or state that your programming looks solid. When reading the feedback, I was not entirely convinced since every program can hold up when being done for two weeks. Long terms progress feedback was and is what I was looking for. Finding such „solid“ feedback is sometimes hard to find, especially on inevitable strength or Kettlebell365.

(Maybe this is feedback that helps you promote inevitable strength.)

After clocking in 22 sessions of inevitable strength, I feel that my feedback would meet the criteria of being „solid“.

(In addition, I want to hold myself accountable on finishing all 12 months :-)).

Some info about myself:

Just turned 40, father of two (8 and 4 years old), married, in the midst of re-doing our first house that we just bought, inhouse counsel for a German automaker.

I don‘t have a strength background. I have always been a soccer guy. I do have a weekness for Kettlebells though. I bought my first KB in 2013, but due to a lack of structured programming I never got very far. I have been having lower back problems for more than 20 years, not bad but nagging. In addition, my ankles have their mileage from ligament injuries and impingement from the years of soccer. In particular, they have been stiff which has been especially annoying when trying to implement Goblet squats or KBFS in my training.

Such problems always stalled my KB progress. I did have very solid progress on the Giant 1.0, but since my KB foundation was lacking, that progress did not last.

After having COVID two times, too much work, and almost no training in 2023, I decided I wanted to build myself up from „scratch“. I wanted to get rid of the limitations and nagging injuries. My long term goal is to have the 24kg KB as my standard weight. It would be awesome to perform the double KB excercises withe double 20s or 24s. Eventually, I would like to get the RKC1 or SFG1 certification.

After contemplating about inevitable strength for two months, I finally „clicked“ it.

So far, I am very happy that I did! :-)

I can confirm much of what you advertised! I feel less stiff, my movements feel much more fluent, especially walking. When I get enough sleep (around eight hours) I feel more energetic than before. Most suprisingly, my muscles problems with my left abductor are gone, my ankles feel as good and strong as they did about more than 20 years ago. My hips have more range of motion and my back feels strong (even though I did pick up a minor injury two days ago when playing soccer with my son). My abs look and feel thick, my obliques clearly developed.

The only two components that might be missing are „endurance“ and some stretching. Reagarding the endurance, I guess I will get there when I get there. This time I want to do it right which means I will trust your program and trust the process (and progress :-)).

Regarding stretching: It sounded like you are not the biggest fan of it, for my back it really helps though.

What is worth mentioning, is that I needed to check my ego when trying to find the appropriate during Month 1. I had to go down to the 8kg KB for some excercises. Which was tough for me mentally. However, with more weight I was just too sore the following days.

Other than that, I love how I feel. I am looking forward to the next months!

Have a nice New Years Eve!

Greetings from Germany,

As you can see: Real.

Here are some other reviews from another program built off the same 4-Phase Cycle, called Kettlebell 365, which Christophe mentioned.

(I had another program built off the same cycle, called "Kettlebell Secrets Insider Coaching" for $77.77 per month, but I can't find my testimonials for that - probably buried away on an old hard drive.)

Furthermore, since you’ve most likely used my programming before, you know that my programming “delivers the goods.”

Due to recent statements from the Federal Trade Commission, I must disclose what “typical” results using these programs will be. Typically, most people will become really excited after reading this sales letter and will purchase this product thinking it’s some sort of magical pill. They will either never print out the programs and do them, or do one workout and think it’s “too h-a-a-r-r-d” (said in the best whiney voice ever) and abandon their attempts.

So, the typical person will do nothing and “hope” for change. So their results will be zero. Your results, should you wish to “not be typical,” are completely dependent on your ability to actually do the work and follow through. Again, this is not a magic bullet. Unicorns do not exist. And there is no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Testimonials, case studies, and examples found on this page are results that have been forwarded to us by users of 'EASY MUSCLE' products and related products, who have actually done the work, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results, only show what's possible with follow through.
