Geoff Neupert has over 31 years experience in the strength & conditioning / fitness / exercise industry. He’s been training others (and himself) with kettlebells for the last 22+ years.

He was a Master Instructor with the StrongFirst and RKC kettlebell certification organizations, where he traveled the world teaching others how to use kettlebells at certifications and workshops.

Geoff is the author of the landmark book, Kettlebell Muscle, as well as several kettlebell courses like Kettlebell STRONG!.

He was the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for Olympic Sports at Rutgers University where he trained Division 1 college athletes and prepared them for competition.

He has also owned and co-owned several personal training companies and has logged over 30,000 hours of one-on-one client training.

Geoff also has co-created the P3 Protocol, a movement restoration program with his wife, Courtney, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. And he has traveled the world helping others restore their broken bodies through certifications and coaching programs.

He lives in Colorado and has two kids.
