"102 Kettlebell Workouts"!

It should be in your inbox within the next 10 minutes.

In the meantime, A LOT of people ask me what the BEST kettlebell workouts are for them to do

Perhaps you’re wondering that too...?

But honestly, since this is probably the first time we’ve "met," the answer is, “It depends.”

On what?

Primarily YOU and your skill using a kettlebell or kettlebells.

Are you brand new to kettlebell training? Or have you been using them for years?

Watch this short video for an explanation:

The truth is, over the last 20+ years, I've found most guys start using kettlebells to “get in shape” or “get back in shape.”

When I quiz them on what “getting in shape” means to them, it usually sounds similar to this:

  • Lose about 20 or so pounds
  •  Get rid of stomach fat, love-handles and the man bewbs
  •  See some muscle definition
  •  Have their pants fit looser in the waist
  •  Have more energy for day-to-day activities, including family time

So if that’s you, and you want to know exactly which of those kettlebell exercises work best to achieve these goals

  • And what order to do them in
  • And for how many sets, reps, and how long you should rest between each exercise
  • And how many days per week for how long

I’ve removed all the guesswork for you and put together a Level 1, 2, and 3 program for you called Kettlebell Burn.

If you want to lose fat, put on some muscle, get stronger, and regain your energy and take off your shirt with confidence at the pool, beach, or bedroom, check out the Kettlebell Burn program here.
